@silkieherbs: 💩 You are NOT supposed to poop every time you eat. When someone poops after every meal, the stool is almost always: ❌ Loose ❌ Soft ❌ Poorly formed ❌ Sometimes with undigested food That tells us the body isn’t digesting — it’s flushing. When food moves through too fast, it never gets transformed into nutrition or blood. Whatever goes in… just goes out. Over time, this creates symptoms like: 👉 Fatigue 👉 Energy that spikes and crashes 👉 Weak muscles 👉 Pale complexion 👉 Cold hands and feet Why? Because you don’t have enough blood to warm the body or fuel steady energy. In TCM, digestion is about turning food into blood — not speed. If everything is passing through, the body is being emptied, not nourished. Balance digestion, and the body finally keeps what it eats. #SilkieHerbs #TCMDigestion #LooseStool #GutHealth #ChineseMedicine

But what you are pooping is not what you just ate, but what you ate day before. 🤔

I can’t help it. My doctor following my gall bladder removal lied. He said it was normal following the procedure and that things would return to normal in a year, 2 at the most. That was 15 yrs ago😡

Truth! It takes 12 hours to fully digest your food, so if it’s not taking that time to do it your digestive system is in overdrive and in distress😌🖤💫

I’ve been to many doctors. I don’t have any intolerances like lactose or gluten, and I had both a gastroscopy and a colonoscopy with no findings. I was only diagnosed with „irritable bowel syndrome“ (I think that’s the translation).

the food that you ate takes TIME to exit. if you are pooing after meals it is usually because the brain is signaling to make room for new food. you CANNOT possibly shit immediately after a meal either the shit being the meal you just ate.
