THE STRATEGY: Walked to Old Quebec TWICE in one day → Daytime: 3 hours exploring casually → Rested at Airbnb → Night: Returned fresh for systematic market visits 5 MARKETS RANKED: 1️⃣ Place d'Armes - FAVORITE (by Château Frontenac, magical) 2️⃣ Place D'Youville (ice skating, great vibe) 3️⃣ Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville (European feel) 4️⃣ Jardins de l'Hôtel-de-Ville (biggest but food overpriced) 5️⃣ Rue Sainte-Anne - SKIP (just a street) All free.
