Barbie Lemon Drop Shots (Makes 4) 6 oz vodka 3 oz lemon juice 2 oz orange liqueur 2 oz dragonfruit simple syrup Sugar for rimming Lemon wheels for garnishing Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice for 15 seconds. Prepare lemon garnishes and rim glasses by running a lemon over them and dipping into sugar. Strain contents of shaker into glasses, garnish and enjoy! Dragonfruit simple syrup: Add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water to a pot over low/medium heat. Add 1/2 cup dragonfruit pieces. Simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes.
