In Serbia, it is used like any other fruit and it is not bitter, it is just a little dry and hard. We eat it raw, jam, make alcoholic drink, compote... we adore Quince

in Albania wee eat them raw. if is organic is sooo god. wee had them trees in our backyard. its been years since i had a real good organic one. it smells and tastes soo good.
