Well is it a gaming laptop? Because unless you go expensive ona gaming laptop it's not great. If it gets the job done cool tho I'd suggest getting a cooling pad

laptops are more expensive than a decent PC. I it my "gaming" laptop for $450 on sale which the normal price was $2000 which it sucked and then I got my gaming PC for $800 on sale and the normal price is $1100

I had 2 gaming laptops before I made both of my current gaming pc's, both laptops constantly overheated while gaming even with a laptop stand and absolutely screamed the entire time for a staggering 60 fps at 1080p, I get you can't carry around a full tower pc on you, but you can with a mini itx pc tower and get the actual full fps that your gpu has instead of a cut down butchered laptop gpu with 20% less clock speeds and in some cases less vram aswell

I mean at the end of the day who cares, as long as you're happy it doesn't matter. Yes desktops are better than laptops but what really matters is how much fun you have at the end of the day. This is coming from someone that built their own desktop too. Do what you enjoy and let other's stupidity fall on deaf ears
