I mean he is doing is job to protect the scene by asking you to just back up a bit. It’s not like he said leave. I’m usually on the of the one recording, as usually the officer(s) aren’t informed or act too superior over the citizens, but you were more on the attack of him, stating things that weren’t even relevant to what was happening. You bringing up search and seizure or other amendments and just now distracting him was too much. He was letting you record, just asked you to step back.
