Only reason the worker would do that is if they're giving them a bonus for reporting overfilled bins. That's the problem.

That’s not an error. That’s fraud. And that driver should be charged with felony fraud. I think the entire company needs looked into

If the driver is doing this, he’s probably getting kickbacks from the company, which means his bosses probably instructed him to do this.

His "error" was not spotting the camera.

That looks more like he’s trying to dump it without the lid getting in the way. Maybe the billing problem is something different

I bet the driver gets a cut of that fee. It reminds me of Frontier Airlines paying employees a commission for denying people’s carry on bags.

Sadly this doesn't surprise about wm... my dad has to fight with The local office every time they switch drivers around bc the drivers refuse to come down the road to get his cans and want a disabled man to drag his bins 1/10th of a mile to put them at the end of the road, on someone else's property, in order to get the trash picked up, all because they don't want to have to turn around the truck. Nevermind that what they are asking him to do is trespassing and illegal

How many people have they done this to? They should refund all fees collected since that employee’s hire date.

No
He doesn't "claim" it happened. It happened, and he proved it happened with a video. This is how "news media" alters the truth.
