I would have pushed to the door on the center of first entry due to after you clear left you can have the enemy circle back while you clear the next rooms

I would clear the same room you did and then backtrack with one looking down the hallway preparing for a breach.
if possible I would try to make one or both the doors of the lower room jammed / blocked by something so the only way to get out that way is by making alot of noise alerting you or your squad-mate unless you are in gunfire situation.
Then I'd go back to clear the first room.
just to eliminate potential escapes. If not that and probably s more safe resource management would be to jam the door that you face upon entering the building so one can't flee out that door. Then proceed clearing deeper into the building.

I would have gone straight, spiraled around the building. You can cover front and rear with two and you end up where you started
