@sshabbas_cancer_j: This is what menopause looks like sometimes. Two women, sitting on the kitchen floor, exhausted but laughing because if we don’t laugh… we’ll cry (and sweat 😅). I was thrown into medical menopause in 2019 after having my ovaries removed due to borderline tumours. Just as I found my feet again, breast cancer arrived in 2021 — hormone receptive, oestrogen-loving — meaning menopause became a long-term companion thanks to oestrogen blockers. It’s messy. It’s hard. And sometimes it’s ridiculous. Grateful for sister-in-law solidarity, laughter on the floor, and getting back up — eventually.#strength #menopause @Themumbossmethod
