I have the Same Problem After some PvP fights. I was Stuck in the Arena. I cant get exit. I closed the Game and start it again. Yeah and i was exakt in the Point Like You 1:1

Hi ! I play on ps5 and mobile and its work so I think its just an issue with steam. If you were banned you would have had a message on you screen. No stress it will be alright !!

Download the launcher, then you won't have the problem. Idk if you can log in there with steam, if not, then download on mobile, log in via steam and create NetEase acc and bind your acc to it. Then u should be able to log in on launcher.
