what some of yall aren't understanding his elderly people get asked "how much have you had to drink" or "what have you had to drink" ALL THE TIME. & the cop was already commenting on how he was talking & walking so when he was asked that question he answered it how he normally would. bc if they don't drink enough water w/ their meds, have to much sugar or haven't ate it can make them feel drowsy & give them cotton mouth etc. He thought bc of what the cop said thats why he was asking how much he had to drink...& bc its probably a question he hears often he answered it how he always does. especially bc he knew he didnt have any alcohol to drink.
