I had a milk bleb. And probably minor clog. I started sunflower lecithin and 2 days later I’m totally fine! And the bleb is gone

Vasospasms? That’s how I described my pain and it was vasospasms! Warm compresses, wool nursing pads can help. There’s also meds that can help.

This same thing happened to me! I don’t know if it was the start of a clog or what but didn’t have any symptoms other than it hurt and after like a week it just went away

Sunflower lecithin really helped my ducts stay slippery - I leaked but I wasn’t clogged anymore! After multiple rounds of antibiotics and 3 months of mastitis, SL helped a LOT

My right side gets clogged but my left does not. If the pumps or my baby can pull it out I usually have to use a haaka in the shower with warm salt water in it to help pull it out. I am too nervous to try supplements to help. Hope it helps!

It definitely sounds like a clog! It would have redness if it’s mastitis. Take sunflower lecithin. I took 2 3-4 times a day when I first get a clog and then once I know it’s gone I take 1 for 3-4 times a day for a day or two. My experience is a mom of 3 and two fully breastfed babies and now a baby that’s 4 months. I had mastitis with my first baby and ended up with an abscess so I also recommend making sure you have the right flange size because that was what caused my clog before I ended up with an abscess

Definitely sounds like a clogged duct that cleared. Even though you got a ton of milk now, supply may go down. I would definitely power pump or pump more often on both sides for a few days to trigger your body not to drop supply

I had this when I had a severely cracked nipple, it was lighting pain on just one side and it was almost constant at times. I don’t know if it was just nerves or what but once I finally got the crack healed it went away completely

does he have any oral ties? I had a similar experience until my baby's ties were released. I would be in so much pain like you're explaining.
