solo es un consejo de un viejo busca pesas que puedas usar fijas en tobillos comienza de 2 kilos y por semana aumente de a 2 kilos hasta llegar a 10 kilos en cada pierna y asi podras trabajar la tecnica...en cuanto al torzo chaleco de pesa para buscar habilidad en esquives con ataques de puño de menos a mas...los discos te desestabilizan
