At Home Depot, you can buy spray to hook to your water hose for $20. That will do this. Save your money people it’s silly to wash your roof in the first place.

this voids any warranty left on the life of the shingles...they usually don't fail until damage or they get 10-15 years old once that happens you need to call for an inspection to get another roof done free from the warranty or an insurance claim works like a charm 👍

it's all about the pressure I have both systems an old timer thought me to surface clean tiles shingles, but. he we would dial it down severely, way how pressure. I roofed 16 years sh and tar do not mix, if you know you know

as soon as your roof is susceptible to algea it's toast anyways that should be under warranty. in Florida roofs have algea within 5 years of installation. the shingles are crap they use to be thicker now theyre garbage.

Chem or water will take out life expectancy in your roof period chem will attack all the nails and under lay-meant but for shingles you can only clean the roof with chem so

don't let them fool you they're using 50/50 chlorine they're ruining your roofs I've been doing roofs for 20 years I don't believe in that softwash cuz when you get a hold you don't get one you get 10
