If i sit and try to monitor everyone else is monitoring my normal moves and stretches this may result some people to have panic attacks whenever i move or try to check my surroundings so i prefer not to sit at all.😂😂

In CRNA school and I incorporate “movement snacks” — squats and lunges during our breaks in class. Have been wondering if I’ll get looks or too much questioning if I do the same in the OR, as I know people interpret anesthesia moving around as a sign of patient instability.
