When Jay was born I committed to staying calm and not getting frustrated because of crying, because crying is really one of the only ways babies can communicate when they’re little. We try to teach them ways to communicate whether that be signs or words to express themselves. But when they don’t have the signs or words to express themselves it can be frustrating for them and confusing for us. I’ve learned that staying calm will usually lead me to find the answer.
