The books are heavier,you should put them on the lower shelves. Then you should anchor the shelves together

If you’re really worried about them falling you could try an L-bracket or a anchor to secure it to the wall

Anchor it to the wall for sure or use anti tip straps like zip ties so it doesn’t tip. Add a thin hardboard to the back to prevent side to side wobble. Lastly only put the vase at the top if it’s lightweight

You can use brackets to keep the shelves together and make the shelves bottom heavy, it should be fine 😊
