A few places in around alberta carry the same thing under a different brand, but its to expensive compared to just using 2x8s and rebar. Ive tried it, it saved about an hour of work compared to the 2x8s and rebar, difference is i can reuse the 2x8s quite a few times before they are no good.

Have been using these in the uk for years. They are sold as Pecafil formwork.

We use a similar thing called Pecafil saves loads of concrete when digging in poor ground. Top of concrete is min 450mm down from finished floor.
