For the longest time, I was not aware they had dust bags at the outlet. I find the outlet dust bags nicer than the retail ones. Some of these outlet prices are about as much as the retail stuff and I feel like they should definitely include dust bags with them (just my .2€ don’t come after me lol) I get the price increase, but I feel like outlet is not as affordable as it use to be back in the day 🤷♀️and why can’t we have good sales on charms!?! I’m talking like 50%-70% lol. I’m a coach fan but sometimes I’ll wait for the after season sale because dayummmm. Also, who do we need to contact to talk about fed ex because childdddddddd, their delivery times keep getting longer and longer. USPS gets things to us faster the fed ex. Btw your hair looks fabulous!

what I do know is they use different quality grades. retail leather quality grade is a level down from Louis Vuitton leather, Chanel, prada, etc. Louis Vuitton leather is still #1. however, I believe prada might be in the same level as well. my prada leather purse is about 10yrs old and it looks brand new. Coach retail leather is about the same grade as Gucci, ysl and other "lux" brands. to me, it is better than gucci, coz I never like gucci. I find they're overpriced. their customer service is incredible tho. the outlet grade in material quality is much lower vs retail. also the coachtopia is probably the lowest grade of "leather", its not true leather or what every day consumer believes it is. craftsmanship of coach is also really great in retail vs outlet. from what I researched and experienced, coach has the best outlet in regards to quality and craftsmanship

Dust bags. 100% used to come with outlet bags. Back in the 2000’s and before.
