@factorialookslikeshit: Tomorrow evening the Bellevue City Council will vote on a new Mayor. The most qualified council member for Mayor is Jared Nieuwenhuis. He’s backed by BPD, BFD, the Bellevue chamber, local businesses and neighborhoods. He was also Deputy Mayor two consecutive times. None of the other city council members have been in their positions long enough to really qualify for Mayor. Think about it - they’re all NEW. Mo is Deputy Mayor and when he was put into that new position they had to hire a speech writer. We absolutely need a strong Mayor that can clean up this mess Lynne Robinson has created. A Mayor that has a plan, cares, listens and will hold organizations accountable. Let us leave you with this - watch this video.
