I live 10 mins from my kids school and every day when I drop them off I disassociate and drive home in silence then I park my truck in the garage and just sit for 5-10 mins in more silence. My mom lives with us and always asks what I’m doing but man..those few moments of silence after hectic chaotic mornings are the best few moments ever ❤
