Could you do something on how to rest when your SI joint/pelvic belt/hip is overstretched/in pain? I feel like no matter what, I'm hurting it more rather than it resting and healing

A couple decades ago I had a PT that physically used his shoulder to push against the my raised leg while I pushed back with that leg, and the difference was wild. I’ve done it to a couple friends with hip/SI issues. Game changer. But I’ve never seen it demonstrated to perform on yourself before. Thanks!

I have SI joint problems. I recently went to PT for pelvic floor strengthening and developed occipital neuralgia from doing some plank exercises while tightening my pelvic flooor. The pt said they understood hEDs but now I’m nervous to go to PT because I always get injured more. I’m 51 now so been living w EDs for a long time

my L hip gets tight and every few months when I step into my car the twisting / opening of that motion makes my hip "Pop" and it feels better for weeks.

When you show the exercise, are you using the opposite setup from when you said your left side is typically higher? Or is the part where you do the exercise a reversed image? I can't see how they match in my mind, but I'm trying hard since I want to do it and my right is higher... trying to reverse it !

I feel like I am not reaching behind my leg very well, do you think I could still keep proper form if I used a strap? Thank you ❤️

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your videos. I’ve been told I have hyper mobility and autoimmune since a young age, but honestly no one has really done much to try to help me with it.. in fact, I’ve often just been brushed off or told I’m stressed, etc

Mine get out of balance front to back vs up and down. Like if I lie down on my back, knees up, I can feel one side pressing into the floor more deeply. Would this help with that?

Could you make a video where you explain exactly where the SI joint is and how to feel it or recognize it?
