You will love it..... after a little time! The hardest thing is going from cooking for 6 and now 2 🙏. Best part is you can try new things. Best tip is plan your meals so you can have a shopping list. Everything else will fall into place..... I promise!!!! I think you are a much younger empty nester than I was. I became an empty nester Dec. 29th, 2022. I was 59 yrs old!!!

No strategy either my senior has 6 school days left before she turns full time at her youth apprenticeship. She’s never home. I started diamond painting over break and TikTok is my attention span now.
