Ok so I want to transition my 12 week old to a 7A-7P day time schedule but she currently wakes up in the night around 2 am to eat and again around 5-6 am. How should I go about starting the day at 7 if she just had a bottle at 5 or 6? 😫

I’m doing the every 3 hour feedings also but our napping is so difficult (he is only 3 months but started rolling so his arms are out in the halo sleep sack now) and he ends up missing his nap window from either crying or sleeping for 20 min and startling awake. Any advice?? You have the perfect sauce over there!!

Can you talk more about how you sleep trained? Right now my 4 month old is having trouble connecting sleep cycles and wakes up every 30-40 mins which means I’m running into the room popping the paci back in😭 help

I have a cmpa baby with bad reflux ANND a horrible witching hour ANNND we hold him for every sleep because of the reflux. I NEED HELP. 😭😭😭 I have to get him sleeping in the bassinet or crib desperately.
