People will hate on it and make fun of you for grip strength issues but lifting straps/hooks help sooo much with pull downs and rows to eliminate biceps taking over

my issue is the weight. My machine goes up in 7.5kg jumps. 20kg was too light, but then at 27.5kg I have no control 😭 You wouldn't have thought that jump would make such a huge difference, but for me it does.
