@meat.hanger: This is my full English breakfast, leveled up with a beautiful tenderloin, because why not. I started with a tail piece from a whole tenderloin, giving it a hard sear, basting it with garlic rosemary butter, and letting it rest while I cooked some spicy lamb sausages along with beef bacon. That left plenty of fat in the pan, which I used to cook mushrooms, hash browns, and cherry tomatoes, letting that bacon flavor work its way into everything. Next came the sourdough. I sliced it thick and fried it until golden and crisp. I filmed the final step, but all the credit goes to my wife. She is the one who made the bread. I heated up some british baked beans and finished them with a little honey, chicken powder, salt, and pepper to give them more depth. To finish it all off, I fried 3 eggs in butter and squeezed some fresh orange juice. Everything on the plate came together in harmony, and the tenderloin really elevated the dish. It is the kind of meal that makes you slow down for a moment. I was not the biggest fan of the sausages, and if I am being honest, making the hash browns from scratch probably would have taken this to a full 10 out of 10. Still, it felt like the best possible way to start the year.
