Hydrocortisone with steroids in it - only a dermatologist can prescribe it —- layer with eucerin (the most intense one) and that’s how I manage my hands. We have the same hands

Working hands or eucerin ezcema lotion saved me and mine were starting to look like this. Multiple times a day, especially after washing your hands

Used to have the same issue nothing would help - switch to only foaming hand soaps and after every wash apply a thick cream moisturizer - you have to rebuild the barrier and the soap is the issue
