I would like to add on to this… learn the main vitamins and supplements you need to start your TTC journey and then go from there. I’ve tried so many things and correct what works for me won’t work for you. Especially with PCOS. I am now on my3rd cycle of letrozole after trying all the teas, the creams , all the tricks plus aspirin , mucinex, etc. Also these teas have good items in Them but guess what … they don’t even have the amount you should be taking for it to be effective. These ppl just want commission off sales.
