Question if the client has 3c hair, do you recommend using the first gel for their hair texture or the second gel because when I use the second gel it was just soaking up the hearing making it greasy

I feel like my hands sit toward the front as I braid and I end up using all the hair before I end the braid so it looks like they’re pulling up

I’m trying to learn for my man but I have 0 ability to grip the hair and make the stitch start out tight. Could it be the wrong product making it soo slippery?? Just ordered lock and twist and praying it goes better

my husband has such curly hair... when I part his hair, by the time I get down to the bottom, the upper part is curling out from our clips. even with the gel. what am I doing wrong? what can I do to make it better? maybe I'm not using enough gel?

This was so helpful! I have a daughter thats mixed and has coily curls and I never know what products I’m supposed to use. She’s got hair all the way down to her butt but her curls bounce up to her shoulders
