This Cozy Bread Proofing mat looks much better than the one I got when I started my sourdough journey. Mine jumps temps and feel like this one would be much better controlled.

💛 Picking Up Seashells :
I turn on my microwave for 2 mins - heat it empty - then put my starter in there to rise for about 4 hours. Works great, but I do want one of these mats. 😊
