Honestly I hate this idea that American Sonic is the "annoying one". He's a bit more energetic and a product of his time. But even then he's still got the aspect that makes Sonic a Sonic: heroism. No, JP Sonic wouldn't be annoyed by American Sonic. American Sonic won't act overbearingly annoying. If anything, being annoyed is more in character with Boom Sonic of all characters.
