You can almost guarantee that whichever one of those cars caused the wreck was due to the at fault car driving in the far left lane on 70 and waited till the very last minute to cut over, which probably meant them having to zig zag around other cars to get on the 270 exit.

Reminder that Columbus used to have passenger trains going as far out as Newark up until 1970. Now we have double the people and are doomed to sit on the highway for 2hrs every day.
