As a trans woman who came out later in life, I spent decades "trying to be a boy", it didn't work. It left me on ongoing and non resolvable (without transition) depression. It continually ate away at myself and at every close relationship including my marriage.

When a person does not feel good in their own skin it is a living hell. I have body dysmorphia. Every day is a struggle to try to love myself. Everyone deserves to feel peace in their heart and body. You look amazing, you look at peace and that’s what matters. God bless!!

I think you look great! I’m a lesbian, & I spent my whole life hiding & in a relationship with a man, I’m 48 now & I will never do that to myself again. People need to realize it’s not a choice & not an easy one either, but just who we are.

Your story is like my sons. They even told me I was having a boy at my ultrasound (he had a long umbilical cord) but he began his transition at 20 and is 26 now just got married
