the depo shot can cause osteoporosis/loss of bone density so it’s definitely recommended to evaluate all your options with a gyno and find what’s right for you

I wish they arm inplant worked for me 😭. it made me bleed heavily for 100 days, it got so bad I had to have it removed early because my labs revealed it was getting dangerous. the pill however, I haven't had a period in like 5 months

I’m a pill loyalist, but when RvW was overturned I got a copper IUD as a second option on top of the pill. Spouse will likely get the snip soon, but the surprise regarding condoms is always baffling!

i have the implant but it lowkey sucks bc it made me so moody, my periods are so irregular and i’ve had it 3 times this month, and i have really bad cramps. atleast it’s effective though
