Check the shift linkage you might have a tad bit of play if so that will cause a false reading on the dash

Had this issue on my '89. When the new motor/trans was put in, (insert name here) didn't check to make sure that the shift linkage was aligned to the backup light switch. You can adjust it with a 9/16 wrench and moving sliding the shifter up/down until the reverse lights come on. (Turn key to run, dont start, so you can easily adjust it.

Driver window is motor going bad. Passenger window issue could just be the switch in the driver's door. Use a flat head and pop out both switches on driver door and switch them. Test again. Those switches are all the same

I have a 2005 f150 that does that but mine is the bushings on the shifter cable. It still shifts somewhat fine so I haven’t fixed it yet 😂

Driver side window needs an actuator, and a master switch so passenger side window works with driver side switch

Under the dash on the column there should be an adjustment for the reverse switch

easy, the windows master switch is bad.that will fix both windows. on the transmission there is a switch for the reverse light

First the windows on the driver side might need the track guide replaced and the reverse lights is a shift cable contact issue 😎🇺🇸

Master window switch and driver window motor and regulator for windows, most likely need to adjust the shift sensor in the column for tail lights, dash issue is prolly in the wiring right at the back of it or the dash pieces themselves

Jadon Khan :
since the radio is original it probably just has some connection issues, reverse issue is probably the switch at the bottom of the steering column, new wiring harness wouldnt be a bad idea if youve got a good wiring guy
