two days a week when i train “harder” i have a matcha or coffee after for energy. i dont drink caffeine often tbh, i think it plays into your sleep schedule & your menstrual cycle!

Girl coffee and vibes 😅 it’s a mindset for real. But I found that I train better and see the results I want when I listen to my body and get the sleep I need too.

I workout in the morning and I'm in bed by like 8pm! Also eat a little something before working out it will give you a little more energy. It usually takes your body like 2 months to get adjusted and then you won't feel as tired! If you need good recovery supplement recommendations let me know.

I can’t be a morning workout girly! I wish I could but it makes me soooo tired. I go right after work in the afternoon & then I get to relax 😌

Black coffee lots of carbs and protein energy drink mid day because then I get sleepy 😭😭😭 I changed my workouts to 5:30pm to help me stay up. I get better sleep now

Take it from an autoimmune girly who gets exercise fatigue- if you’re not recovering well from workouts since u have endo I would consider only working out 1x per day and not going too hard (unless it’s like a light walk) because it can make things worse REALLY quick and I wish someone would have told me when I went on socials and shared that I couldn’t figure out why the life of me it was so hard to recover!! 🩷🥺
