Dude had 14 months to rewire the whole team from tactics to the dressing room. Finished 15th from a team that wasn’t his. His job was to rebuild the club. Ending up 15th while creating a foundation for united players to play under his formation. We can see the improvements and climbed to 6th. Of course we lacked consistency but that’s just part of the process/players. People are just too impatient for success. United will never be big again. And for those who says he’s inflexible, I agree that his decision for the subs maybe off. Formation wise, if you don’t train these players on 3-4-3 formation now, then when?? He is confident with his formation then we should support him and thats what he was hired to do?
