I just got quoted $27,750 for fat grafting and CO2 laser in NYC. The breakdown was $15k surgeons fee, $10k for CO2 laser, $1500 operating room fee, $1250 Anesthesia.

I'm a PS nurse. say a facelift is 50k. Add upper and lower bleph 5k each (discounted bc doing it with the FL- usually 7.5-8k) - 60k total. Uncomplicated FL takes around 3 1/2 hours. 1.5 hour for upper and lower bleph. 5 hours MAYBE 6.... say 1/3 goes to overhead, nurse, surg assistant , scrub, insurance, commercial space . The doc is still making 8k per hour of work. I respect the education and have worked with great physicians but it is unfair to have a facelift cost more than the average teachers salary. Liplift- 10k. Only person in room is assistance and PS. Again 1/3 goes to overhead, staff, etc. it's still 7.5k the doc is making in an hour. My doctor usually did 4 facelifts a week m, 5-8 uplifts a week, 5-8 blephs a week, 5-8 brows a week. He operated 5 days a week. Consults happened 3:00- 5:00 pm.

I had a Rhinoplasty is Austin, TX last year and it was $19,500 for everything. I saw a couple surgeons and went to the one I liked the best, but his quote was in the middle cost wise. I’m sure cost varies a lot by location and getting procedures in certain cities cost more. My mom also had an upper bleph done last year in Austin and it was a bit higher than the price range listed in this video.
