What I’ve heard from real Jews is that the Talmud is the “TikTok comment section” of Judaism. Rabbis long ago put in their interpretations and personal views. Because they kept everything written down, there are a few very strange people that managed to get in there. 4channers misinterpret the entire Talmud as the law of Judaism when that’s not the case. It’s just rabbis arguing with a select handful of viewpoints being agreed upon as Jewish law.
