How long did you wait to get contacted by KLM? My parents had a flight to Zagreb on Sunday but got cancelled on Saturday, then yesterday was the alternative flight that got cancelled last minute after 7 hours, and now still 30+hours we heard nothing from KLM…

Seems like KLM is related to Air Canada

You have to wait till the time of that flight. I have been rebooked after the time that the flight should’ve departed.

It tells me to rebook through the app - then goes “can’t do it online, you’ll have to call us”. Been in queue from Friday and my flight was supposed to be Sunday 🥰

That’s rough delays like this often qualify passengers for compensation under EU/UK rules depending on cause+duration. Most people don’t even know

kLM are 💩. They cancelled our original flight then Was bumped off 1 flight ( as we found out that people had paid more for their seats than us ) then transported us to another airport to catch a flight and ended up in Amsterdam 18 hours later than planned. Took 5 months to get compensation- finally wrote the CEO and it got fixed+gesture of goodwill within 2 days
