@ishikawa_sachi: #グリーンスクリーン Foreign residents now make up nearly 10% of people in their 20s in Japan. As the Japanese youth population shrinks, young migrants are quietly becoming essential to the workforce, taxes, and social security system. This shift isn’t temporary—it’s structural.

i hope the government and other japanese treat foreign workers fairly. some of them act as if foreign workers are not paying taxes, social insurance, pension etc.

Just because the number went up doesn’t mean it’s not “Japan for Japanese”. Korea has a lot of foreigners too but their labor laws and discrimination laws are horrible for foreigners. My dad is Korean and Japanese and since he was born in Japan I had dual citizenship at one point but gave it up when I turned 21 due to how hard it is to be a foreigner in Japan. But idk the use is 💩 too

Who cares about japan? It’s not even a real country; just a glorified US military base and arm of western imperialism

Okay, but it doesn't mean you can become a Japanese if you don't look like Japanese, right? Like you'll always be treated as an immigrant even if you're C2 in the Japanese language with no accent living their for all your life...

just don't allow people who want their own religious laws into Japan.. as Japan is primarily a Buddhist country it will be better to bring in Buddhist immigrants..
