Also the longer you are seated doing dhikr and dua, the angels make dua for you! The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "The angels supplicate in favour of one of you so long as he remains in the place where he has performed Salat (prayer) in a state of Wudu'. They (the angels) say: 'O Allah! Forgive him, O Allah! Have mercy on him'".

After each prayer, I complete the 33-33-34 dhikr, make Qur’anic duas for the ummah, praise Allah, and pray for myself and those I love. I then send salam upon the Prophet PBUH, say astaghfirullah 20 times, and recite Ayatul Kursi.
