Each state describes it in local language, but is this not official suppression, intimidation, assault? Would it be reasonable for the citizen to believe he is mortal danger and thus defend himself with a knee to the nards?

that is seggsual harrasment. leaning in for kissing him. A cop did same to me. blowed in my mouth for 3 min. until i felt sick and backed up. so i still today feel like he was seggsual abusing me

Barely graduated high school/GED then tech school a certificate badge and gun. Now they get to harass people innocent or guilty. learn the law! Departments need to do better and raise their standards.
