@diasfooddiary: We went to a café I kept hearing about… and now I see why. We finally got to visit this new café in Cebu. Minimalist and aesthetic and is a great spot for date night especially if you don’t want to go far. For starters, we had the Cheese Drizzle Spam Fries. Appetizer siya but lami ra gihapon e-sud-an—this is definitely worth trying. Cb went for the tender and savory Corned Bistek Tagalog, and Tyler chose the Grillhouse Ribs. I had the Korean Boneless Fried Chicken, and I love how the pickled radish balanced all the sweet, savory, and spicy flavors. I really enjoyed this one! For the drinks, we tried three: Tiramisu for me kay bagay pang dessert or an afternoon treat. Ganahan sad ko sa Blushing Berries kay sakto ra ang flavor, not overwhelming. Spanish Cinnamon Oat, something I’d gladly order again when I’m in the mood for hot coffee. Bluebird Café just opened a few months ago, but they’re already known for good food, great coffee, and a relaxing ambiance. And I couldn’t agree more.
