What people entertained eventually shaped how they lived. And then there’s the issue of intermarriage. Fallen angels with human women. Boundaries God had set were crossed. His design for order, marriage, and holiness was ignored. And it made me think… our world today isn’t all that different. We’re living in a time where wickedness is celebrated and sexual immorality is normalized. And I can’t help but notice a pattern — sexual immorality seems to be the icing on the cake when it comes to judgment. Noah’s time. Sodom and Gomorrah. God wiped them out. From the very beginning, God established marriage as one man and one woman. And throughout Scripture, He emphasizes the importance of being equally yoked. Those boundaries weren’t about restriction — they were about protection. Then there’s this line that always stops me: “It repented the Lord that he had made man.” Not because God made a mistake — but because sin grieved Him. And yet… grace still showed up. Noah found favor. One man walking with God when almost no one else was.
