I had a spinal fusion on L4 to L1 and this was done on L3.Sitting without support is very difficult and sleep is a problem 😢

I had a laminectomy and microdiscectomy on my L5S1 22 wks ago. went from being on a 10 mike run to using a wheelchair and now I'm mobile again. still sore a bit but the difference was amazing
