An alternator gives power to the car battery which redistributes it to the car so it can run. If you plug this is, it’s going to take power from the cars battery. So I’m just curious if an alternator will faulter in providing enough power for both, or if it will reduce it. I’m thinking it will reduce it because logically that’s what makes sense. You’re essentially taking more than what you’re putting in. Right ?

12v it only gives 110volts. it needs 24v. battery to give 240volts. SO NO IT WONT POWER THE TV .

Just make sure you check your car 12v supply before you buy. Many are less than 10a so it won't work. remember Power = Volts x Amps
