Ich war super gespannt auf Hotel Ambrosia und der Einstieg hat mich auch direkt abgeholt! Die erste Hälfte des Buches habe ich regelrecht verschlungen – der Story-Aufbau ist Katie Kento wirklich gut gelungen und die Grundidee hat extrem viel Potenzial. Leider konnte das Niveau nicht ganz gehalten werden. Nach der Hälfte verlor die Geschichte für mich spürbar an Fahrt und wurde stellenweise leider etwas langatmig. Ich hatte mir nach dem starken Anfang einfach durchgehend mehr Nervenkitzel erhofft.
