@shef_phoenix: Marshmallows from marshmallow root

Leechthechangeling :

you should have looked up Scottish marshmallow makers. a lot of them still use the original recipes and their marshmallows were heavenly when I was there.

Vixxsin :

Marshmallow root is allegedly really good for if you have a sore throat

🪿🪿🪿 :

what if instead of marshmallow roots, they were grapes, and instead of them being disgusting, they were big?

silvia :3 :

yeah marshmallow roots actually did use to be medicinal and they made marshmallows so people would actually eat it and then confectioners just invented a marshmallow without the root 😭 really funny

Μητσοςςς :

nads 💫 :

it IS medicine😆

moobloo92 :

Counter point. medicinal smores. a spoonful of sugar helps the marsh go down. 😂

Lewis Hawkey :

can you make mini pop tarts and then turn them into cereal

Alina🦈🪐🦖( . Y . ) :

why doesn't the marshmallow look like a grape

🐰 :

I don't think it's the marshmallow's root fault👀

David Lister :

confectionary mashmallow is made to taste like the smell of marshmallow root, not the taste

hana :

i’m ngl i watched this whole video having misread marshmallow as mushroom. and could NOT figure out how the end product resembled a mushroom

Jenna :

Please publish this recipe somewhere. I’d wondered about this for YEARSSSS! Also, marshmallow root is incredible for intestinal+stomach issues. The sliminess creates a barrier all through your system. It gave me serious relief when I had a legit, diagnosed-via-CT-scan issue.

Witch_doctors :

Mallow peas are what you want, not mallow root. Much less flavor and much more viscosity

Apathex :

1tbsp of the root to 1cup of cold water. You used way too much. Shouldn’t taste like a swamp 😂

Sadistically Fragile :

You underestimate how much sugar was in those things. But also marshmallow root marshmallows were also medicine

Lu 🎨🏍️/🧂👬/너/🏀💢⍢⃝ :

lebt er in Deutschland oder wieso ist doe Verpackung deutsch

⭐🌟 look to the stars 🌟⭐ :

I mean. it was medicinal

Meg :

They were originally medicinal and they were made into the marshmallow texture so kids would take them without complaining 😅

sunny :

vengan marshmellow? this would have gonna crazy in 2017

-kdgiscool- :

i think that's because marshmallows used to be medicine 😭😭

When will you make a big grape. Please and thank you. ☺

(Ni)Cole Bernadette Birkett :

A singular marshmallow is still a great cough suppressant. I wonder if the mallow root marshmallow is even more effective.

EricHalsey :

this doesnt seem to be big grape related
