I got a caudal steroid epidural injection on my lumbar. That was in September’24. It took a couple days but I haven’t had pain since.

Omg I’m also in PT too for similar issues. My doctor recommended this same treatment but idk. How are you feeling now, update us?!

Mine usually hurt for about a week, but then my overall pan is much lower than before the injection for about 6 months. It’s worth it to me.

It’s day 5 after I got the lumbar epidural and still in pain ,it was better the first two days coz I just stayed on the house but I tried a bit of movements but Eish the pain my God

received trigger point injections last month. 1 week later the first steroid injections. no relief. 2 weeks later another steroid injections. still have pain in back and legs along with numbness in feet. for reference, there is sciatica, spondy, bulging disc, stenosis and degenerative arthritis going on. was hoping for some relief but as of today, there is none and it might even be worse. had it done over 20 years ago with the same results, but was hoping with all the new things out here this time would work for me

My Dr nagged me into getting injections. The 3 I got made the pain so much worse AND I was just diagnosed with AVN (my hip bone is 💀) steroids cause this disease & it’s very painful & im looking at a hip replacement 😩
